Aneke Spacie has more than 20 years’ experience as an international chef, working in some the most exclusive restaurants in the world. Aneke’s experience includes restaurant work as head and executive chef, menu development, nutrition and diet, event catering, and cooking for high profile celebrities. Aneke regularly lectures on food and the diet’s effect on the body. She lives in Surrey and is passionate about food and her family.
